Elias Fries Preschool Area

Elias Fries Preschool Area is located in Hyltebruk and consists of two preschools: Kantarellen Preschool and Tallens Preschool. The preschools vary in size with two to three departments per preschool and are surrounded by beautiful nature that we often utilize. We work a lot with play as it contributes to learning and development in children through language, imagination, challenges, and social interaction. To enhance the preschool's ability to stimulate development and learning, as well as to provide safe care for all children, all staff have received professional development through SPSM (the Swedish National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools).The preschools use projectors, iPads, and computers as educational tools in their operations. The little extra in our area is that we work with signs and visual support, for everyone's right to good communication.

At Tallens Preschool in Hyltebruk, there are three departments; Gösen, Laxen, and Siken. Here, children aged 3-6 years attend. Tallen is located in central Hyltebruk, Skolgatan 7, near Malmagården. We conduct our activities both indoors, outdoors, and in our local environment. The preschool strives for every child to feel safe, happy, and involved in the activities. In playful forms, we challenge the children in their development and learning. The educational work is guided by the children's curiosity and desire to learn.

As a Preschool Assistant in Hylte Municipality, you are involved in conducting educational activities in the preschool. In your work team, you are responsible for providing good care for the children in preschool and being a support to the preschool teachers in your team.

Child and Youth Program or basic education (15 credits in pedagogy).

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool assistant. We want you to be a secure person who has the ability to see the needs of different individuals. Furthermore, we see humor, engagement, and a positive attitude as important qualities. Of course, you are passionate about children's learning and seeing them develop into independent individuals.

You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues where you find it easy to collaborate and value collegial learning. You are active, want to contribute to development, and have the ability to work flexibly as different groups of children require different approaches. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused and sees opportunities in change.
